The Axsy Retail Execution Mobile App is powered by Standard Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Objects. As such, creating and managing Visits, Visit Tasks and Action Plans are all done via Standard Salesforce Objects.

Supported Assessment Task Definition Types

The Axsy Retail Execution Mobile App supports these Assessment Task Definition Types from Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud: 

  1. Inventory Check 
  2. Promotion Check 
  3. Planogram Check 
  4. In-Store Survey 
  5. Order Creation 
  6. Other

The above Assessment Task Definitions can include Retail Visit KPIs that are designed to be answered in the form of questions. The types of Retail Visit KPIs that are available for a Visit are determined by the Standard Assessment Indicator Definition Object (e.g. text, number, boolean, etc.)

Question types that are not currently supported by the Assessment Indicator Definition Object, e.g. Picklists on the Salesforce Platform, are not supported by the Axsy Retail Execution Mobile App
